We at NetQ Metrics believe that by so doing, we are empowering customers into making informed decisions when it comes to the choice of mobile operators across a number of performance and quality metrics of interest. This is why our approach is that of customer experience testing (CET) modeling a regular mobile operator customer. Our methodology from testing to report is independent, transparent and unbiased. Since inception, data collection has been down to the tenacious NetQ team of CET testers and NOT crowd sourced. Data integrity is preserved and processed into reports with the hope of empowering mobile network customer into making informed decisions.
