As part of the National NetQ Benchmark series (NNB), operators across a number of locations within Nigeria would be benchmarked and Lagos with its buzzing population has to be considered first. This time, the Jakande environs in Lekki, Lagos is the focus. This is a location with a shopping mall, estates and a growing number of businesses. As with other reports in this series, the aim of this survey is to benchmark the mobile networks operating in the Jakande area of Lekki from the perspective of a customer. This is simply to keep mobile customers and prospective customers informed as to how each operator performs considering a number of performance KPIs.
