Lekki Phase 1-Lagos Benchmark Survey 

As part of the National NetQ Benchmark series (NNB), operators across a number of locations within Nigeria would be benchmarked and Lagos with its buzzing population has to be considered first.  Crossed residential and commercial Lekki phase 1 is the focus of this survey report. Lekki phase 1 houses both commercial and residential choice properties and for any network operator, this is one location to get right. The aim of this survey is to benchmark the mobile networks operating in Lekki phase 1 from the perspective of a customer. This is to keep customers in Lekki phase 1 informed as to the best operator across a number of data performance KPIs with the hope of positively influencing the customer’s decision.
